If you're having trouble playing GTA:LCS on your PS3, you can download the file in.ps1 format here. Use the GTA:Liberty City Stories.ps1 for PS3. GTA Liberty City Stories.ps1 is a direct port of the PS2 version, and as such, only has the 5 main characters and a few of the locations from the PS2 game. The PS3 port has all the characters and locations from the GTA: LCS PS2 game, so it is the same as GTA: LCS PS2 on the PS3.

The GTA Liberty City Stories Pass is a series of five add-ons that augment the main game with additional missions, cars, and weapons. The GTA:LCS Pass contains five DLC packs that can be purchased separately, or as a bundle. Download 'The Pass' for GTA: LCS for PS2/PS3.
You can download 'The Pass' for free, or purchase it for $1.99 (€1.99) from the PlayStation Store.
If you're already a PlayStation Plus subscriber, it will cost $2.99. The five DLC packs in The Pass are as follows:
The Golden Padlock: A detailed report on the Golden Padlock Gang that's being delivered to the cops.
The Lost and Damned: A collection of all the missions in the original The Lost and Damned.
The Ballad of Gay Tony: A collection of all the missions in the original The Ballad of Gay Tony.
The Doomsday Heist: A collection of all the missions in the original The Doomsday Heist.
The Cold Case Trilogy: A detailed report on a three-part serial killing investigation.
